SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Threads Untamed is a custom brand. Meaning fabric blends, colors, print, embroidery, and all other materials/processes needed to produce high quality custom gear are used. 

For that reason, shipping times vary but are typically 14-21 days after ordered. That time can increase or decrease based on materials and process.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Threads Untamed does offer an exchange on gear if the delivered product does not match the gear ordered. All exchange requests should be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking number. Customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges for an exchange, unless, Threads Untamed did not deliver the product as ordered. All exchanges will only be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging still on item.

Threads Untamed reserves the right to approve or deny all exchanges. 

All personalized, sponsored, or co branded gear are not eligible for exchanges. 

All custom gear that requires design, will incur a $40 setup/design fee if the entire order is not placed before the design is made. If the entire order is placed prior to design, the setup/design fee is waived.

This fee is non refundable. 

Threads Untamed, again, is a custom made brand, so items are not allowed to be returned for a refund. No refunds are made after 24 hours an order is placed.
